Clerking Services

At New Court Chambers the Clerks Team provides an excellent service in advising our clients up to the right choice of councel for a particular case as well as agreeing fees for each individual Barrister. The Clerks Team comprises of the Senior Clerk, the Family Clerks Team, the Fees Clerks team, the Chambers Administrator and Italian Advocates Clerks Team. The Clerking Sub-Committee The Chambers Management Committee through its Clerking Sub-Committee, monitors the operation of the Clerks. The Clerking Sub-Committee meet on a monthly basis and is formed by the following Members of Chambers: Dr Giuseppe Cala’ (SC), Norma Laming, Judith Charlton, Giles Bain and Christopher Poole.
