New Court became a specialist family set in January 2004 and under the Direction of our new Head of Chambers Dr Giuseppe Calà, Chambers is committed to a programme of expansion in all aspects of family work and in proceedings in England and abroad before the Italian Courts. Members have often appeared before the Court of Human Rights and before the European Court of Justice. Chambers invites applications from well established practitioners specialising in family law. Prospective applicants should submit their applications with a detailed C.V. and suitable reference to the Head of Chambers marked “tenancy application”. Their application will be dealt by the Chamber Management Committee and a vote will be taken as to whether the application should be accepted or rejected after an interview before a panel nominated by the Chambers Management Committee.
