New Court Chambers policy is to provide a service that meets the needs of its professional and lay clients. All instructions are entered on receipt and the instructed member of Chambers is informed at once by email and / or by telephone. Written advices are returned to the clients no later than two weeks from receipt of instructions. All members of Chambers are linked to the clerks room by Intranet and all faxes and emails received in the Clerks room for a member of chambers are redirected at once to the member by Intranet or by email. For counsel fees the clerks have a policy to supply the professional clients with cost estimates and to render the fee notes on a monthly basis.
