The Fees Clerks and The Chambers Administrators

Richard Beams is the Chambers Fees Clerk. His duties involve the rendering and collection of fees in accordance with guidelines set out by the Bar Council. Richard has been in the clerking profession for almost 40 years.

Lloyd Smith is the Chambers Family Graduated Fees Clerk; he is responsible for billing and dealing with all enquiries pertaining to the Family Graduated Fees. He deals with cost estimates and high cost case contracts. He has been involved in clerking for over 30 years.

Janet Clark is the Administrator of Chambers, in charge of the general administration and Chambers' accounts. She is responsible for the financial planning, submitting of weekly accounts and budgets to the Head of Chambers and the Treasurer.
