Within care proceedings Jay represents Local Authorities, parents and Children’s Guardians. Jay has experience of cases involving allegations of serious non-accidental injuries.

Financial work includes ancillary relief cases involving assets outside the jurisdiction, non-disclosure of assets, and freezing injunctions. Jay also has experience of TLATA and Schedule 1 matters.
