Welcome to New Court Chambers

New Court Chambers is a well established set of Chambers with 20 members practising and specialising in Family Law headed by Dr. Giuseppe Calà, who is also a senior member of the Italian Bar. Chambers as a whole specialises in a wide range of areas concerning various aspects of family law. New Court Chambers’ Barristers cover a broad spectrum of family work, which includes Private and Public Child Care, Inheritance Law, International Family Law related issues and matters related to Italian Family Law and European Family Law. New Court Chambers has two annexes in Italy: Rome and Milan, which cover all areas of Italian Civil and family matters including matrimonial cases before the Ecclesiastical Courts of the Roman Catholic Jurisdiction (The Vatican).
