All areas of family law, particularly children work, both private and public, and injunctive relief. Out of hours emergency work covered as well.

Relevant Experience

Appeared in the Family Proceedings Court, County Court and High Court, including multiple day final hearings. Also Public Interest Immunity appearances in the Crown Court.

In public law work, representation of Local Authorities, parents and children, both directly and through a Guardian.

In private law work, representation of parents in residence and contact disputes, as well as disputes with an international element, including applications to remove from the jurisdiction and international child abduction (both Convention and Non-Convention).

Experience in applications for relief under the Family Law Act 1996, including occupation and non-molestation orders, and applications for transfer of tenancy.
