Carolina commenced pupillage in Chambers in October 2022.
Prior to pupillage, she worked in the mental capacity department of a pre-eminent London solicitors’ firm, assisting a partner on a busy Court of Protection caseload, focused on challenges concerning the operation of the Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards, and capacity and best interests proceedings. She had previously worked for a group litigation firm within their medical product liability department.
Before converting to law, Carolina read Modern Languages at Oxford University. Carolina was brought up in Italy, and is fully bilingual in English and Italian, as well as professionally fluent in German.

Carolina is a keen reader and can frequently be found trawling around charity shops to continue collecting preloved books. She also enjoys art exhibitions, attempting to train for charity runs, and learning languages – currently, Russian. Carolina is passionate about disability rights, and sits on the reader panel of Sibs, a charity for siblings of disabled children.
