Sally’s practice covers all issues arising from separation and divorce, including injunctive relief; private law; children act applications; ancillary relief in mediation and in collaborative law.
Sally’s practice promotes ADR. Sally has an active mediation practice, including her role as a Professional Practice Consultant (PPC), which involves supervising other mediators for the LSC; Resolution; FMA and ADR. Sally is MIAM competent.
