Sally’s practice covers all issues arising from separation and divorce, including injunctive relief; private law; children act applications; ancillary relief in mediation and in collaborative law.

Sally’s practice promotes ADR. Sally has an active mediation practice, including her role as a Professional Practice Consultant (PPC), which involves supervising other mediators for the LSC; Resolution; FMA and ADR. Sally is MIAM competent.


1974: Matriculated at Homerton College, Cambridge

(forced to abandon studies for want of an LEA education award)

1985: RSA Certificate to teach English as a Foreign Language

1995: Called to the Bar: Middle Temple.

1996: BA (Arts and Humanities) Open University

1997: Accredited mediator in Family Law with FMA/ADR and the LSC, practising sole, co and anchor mediation.

2003: Professional Practice Consultant for the FMA/ADR, Resolution and the LSC.

2004: Trained Civil Mediator.

2004: Trained Collaborative Lawyer.


French: From the age of twelve Sally was brought up in France, but educated in England.
