Tali has been practicing in the field of family law since 2003. Her experience lies in all areas of child law and she is instructed in complex care proceedings on a regular basis. Her practice consists of approximately 80% Public Law acting for local authorities, parents, children’s guardians and the Official Solicitor. Tali is able to provide a clear and frank analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of the case and has a straightforward down to earth manner which both lay and professional clients feel comfortable with. She regularly drafts threshold documents, practice direction documents and Court Orders.

Tali also undertakes private law children work including applications for injunctive relief under Part IV of the Family Law Act 1996 and fact-finding hearings. In addition, Tali holds the post of legal advisor on an agency foster carers panel.
