Private Law Children

Our private law Barristers are acutely aware of the needs of separating parents who are going through the delicate process of formalising arrangements concerning the care of their children. Members are able to deal with these often very painful proceedings in a sensitive and professional manner.

In addition, our team has extensive experience of dealing with individuals seeking protection from domestic violence. Chambers prides itself on its breadth and depth of experience and aims to provide continuity of representation whenever possible.

Members of the team regularly present CPD and NPP accredited seminars to clients. If you would like an informal discussion about your case, please speak to one of our clerks who will be happy to assist and advise you who would be the right Barrister for your client.
