Dinali Nanayakkara has extensive experience in a wide area of family law cases, including matters involving allegations of serious non-accidental injuries, adoption and invoking the inherent jurisdiction of the Court.
In public law, she has represented local authorities, parents and children in tribunals ranging from family proceedings courts to the High Court.
She is especially skilled in working with vulnerable clients or those who have mental health difficulties and has a particular interest in cases where there is a cross-cultural dimension.
Dinali additionally has the benefit of working in some of the other disciplines within the family justice system prior to coming to the Bar: she was a local authority social worker for nearly ten years and a locum lawyer in a local authority Legal Department for 14 months prior to commencing pupillage.

I do not store my case files on any cloud-hosted environment. As a consequence, no data is transferred electronically to a third country or international organisations or companies.
