Megan Forster joined New Court as a pupil in October 2026, under the supervision of Nicola Hall.
Prior to pupillage, Megan worked as a paralegal in a Band 1 / Tier 1 ranked family law department, where she gained experience in complex financial remedy proceedings, with a particular focus on matters involving ultra-high-net-worth individuals.
Megan graduated in Law from Newcastle University in 2020. She subsequently spent four years working for a charity supporting young people facing barriers to employment and education. In 2024, she commenced the Bar Course with a Master’s in Law at City University, graduating with distinction. Alongside her studies, she volunteered for the Free Representation Unit.
